Neon Shop equipment

I know nothing about neon, but there is a storage locker telling me the contents of an old neon sign operation is for sale "We have in storage everything needed to make neon signs, glass tubes, electrode ends, burners, torches, pump, large transformer for testing multiple tubes after charging, etc, "

How can I value this?
