Just for my 2 cents, I have added that Signs article on neon being green again into my business plan and have the local chamber of commerce helping me clean it up (I'll looking to buy a building for the shop) and get it out to the green architects in the area. They can now use neon in lighting in green buildings. This could help us all if we keep it in the eyes of the people with the $$. BTW: I am steady, not crazy busy, but steady.
