EGL CL Designer 30

Looking for some advice. A piece came in for service, a long arc, about 10' of glass in total. The piece is designer 30, this is where it gets tricky. The neons application is at a very high end theater downtown and is used as cove lighting in a stairwell. There is frosted glass over the neon. I have three distributors at my disposal here Midewest Neon, Midwest sign and screen and N Glantz. Not one of them has any in stock. EGL still makes the glass but frankly I dont need a whole case, just three pieces! Now, knowing that new neon is considerably brighter than seven year old neon, is there an alternative I can use? Perhaps a cross reference? I know this is a long shot, but am bent into a corner. Hoping someone can weigh in with some help and advice. Thanks!! Happy 4th! (I am at work actually..)
