I'm not a fan of the "innies" either.

I use a rubber test tube stopper with a hole through it (you can buy them that way) and about 3" of some wider-than-blowhose latex hose. Haven't had to buy any in a while, but should be available at any laboratory supply.

The latex is pretty forgiving about tube size; you can roll it back over itself to fit a 12mm tube with a 15mm hose, etc. Of course, the right size is always nicer.

And, if you pop the wide hose off the rubber stopper, the hole inside will connect a tubulated electrode to your swivel, so you don't have to deal with the torsion of your blowhose while making the seal.
