It seems I should have been more clear

I order through N. Glantz mostly due to their weekly deliveries. They don't, to my knowledge, have different part numbers to distinguish leaded and unleaded glass, but send it on occasion (to clear out the old stock I would imagine.) Since the new year I have received 50 lb. of lead clear (which had a bronze-like tint to it... weird). I also ordered a box of 10mm FMS 6500 Snow White, expecting lead free, and received a box of EGL 6500 HO lead glass that they were kind (ugh) enough to substitute for me after two weeks on back order. (6500 snow white on back order, really?) Other than that, I mostly receive it when I order partial boxes due to my limited glass storage space.

Yes, everything is more expensive, I should have said that there is no reason to raise our rates unless DUE to price increases. Honestly, I am pretty isolated from the cost factor due to the fact that I am not self employed. The comment was more trying to state that once you get used to it, it really doesn't take any more effort or time to produce a tube out of lead free glass.

I have about 5 years bending experience, and freely admit that I am still getting better every day. Since the lead free glass arrival, along with didymium glass and improved lighting in my shop, I have noticed that my personal growth as a neon bender has sped up dramatically. I am honestly delighted by the change.

Cheers,
Chris
