That size of Medo is good for a cannon or a finger-type cross fire and maybe a hand torch. It is not enough for a ribbon burner even if that is the only thing it is used for. You can improve the volume of these somewhat by "opening up" the air intake, which is usually a pretty small opening (~1/4"), as well as the exhaust port. If you do this you may be able to get enough air out of one to support an extra hand torch (tipping). I have never tried it, so I'm not positive. But a tipping torch doesn't take much air.
