I have 2 or 3 of these that i've picked up over the years. I don't use them very often, but they work really great in some situations when a 3rd hand is needed.

-I've had electrodes crack while heating during processing and use the stand/clamps to hold awkward units and fuse on a new electrode.
- Or the occasional clear red, repair units that need new electrodes.
- Also handy for 3 dimensional/art pieces, etc..
