John,

I felt I was questioning the validity of Sean's statements here compared to the statements put forth on EGL's website. The two seemed to conflict.
Anyway, they're a big company, I think they can take a little "beating up" when it's deserved. To me, it just stings to see a NEON giant like EGL utilize resources built by the NEON industry, to manufacture and sell leds(especially under the same NEON established "EGL" name).

I don't think comparing generic "sign supply places" to EGL is a very good analogy. WAY different scenarious... for over 80 years EGL has been "Your NEON Source", while sign suppliers have always sold other various non-NEON related products ( And there is one "low-life" supplier on your list that i have not used for over 15 years, but that's another story ).

When given the choice of equal product quality, I'd always pick the one who does not sell or manufacture leds, vs. the "traitor".

Support those who support us (not undermine us)!
Just my opinion,
Tony D.
