Manifold leak

I have been with a local sign shop for over 25 years and receantly taking over the glass blowing from an older sign guy. When I burn in a neon unit they have been coming out orange or a milky peach but my argon units are coming out fine. I have replaced my gas bottle and cleaned and greased stopcocks but still same thing. Where is my leak. Iam starting to know why most neon guys are bald and cranky Thanks.
