Dipping electrodes

We have never dipped out neon we produce.
We usually just block out the electrodes with
A brush. But we have a large job (400 units)
That we will be making in the next couple of weeks
And I would like some info on dipping, like
Any tricks that will help get it done.
Any tips would be much appreciated.
