Thank god some one has finally verified the same problem. I have had the same experience and time-line. I have spoke with Steve [West Coast Custom] and he has had few to no complaints. Great company and the only one I know dedicated to the neon tradesman. I have been trying to work with these, even finding the migration direction, then moving all the mercury to the other end. But no fail a year later it has migrated. I too, have committed to using the CPI's on just neon fills. My alternative for mercury was Allanson's Solid State, but now they have been discontinued. I'm now using Ventex very powerful [a full 26-28 ma., but not cheap. and I'm not sure of the reliability.
