I would think there's a good chance some older tubebenders would possibly know some signpainters. I have made a living doing both over the last 27 years, but am located in the upper-midwest, sorry.

25 years ago I would never have believed it would be harder to find a "signpainter" than a "tubebender". Demand is way down in both fields, but I definately do more Neon work than signpainting/pinstriping these days.
