Stazon is inflammable . If you add another solvent it no longer will be . From their webpage -
"Stazon Blockout is non flammable (flash point 170 degrees F) and does not contain any ozone depleting materials. It is available in Black, Gray, and White."
The thinner isn't that much more than what you'll buy at Lowes and it won't change the makeup of the paint. I've also noticed that if you lightly wipe the glass where you'll be blocking with their thinner it seems to adhere and cover better but maybe it's my imagination !
