Wow, I hadn't lowered myself to cursing and sweariing and hoping another person's business closes but I can see how you got caught in the excitement of the moment and didn't think clearly. Thats fine, at least its in the open for all to see.
I'm honestly surprised at how this degraded over a simple disagreement on what a shop should look for when it concerns insurance needs. You didn't like my suggestion and I felt you went overboard. I said that then Mark gets his two cents in. You do realise that had he not involved himself the discussion would have been done at that time?
I'll be honest, I don't have a use for Mark. I dealt, indirectly, with PNL before he sold out, and wasn't happy with way he spoke to me or my then-employer. Maybe he's just abrasive but it rubbed me the wrong way. But everything on this thread was going reasonably well and there was was a discussion going on about insurance needs until he put his nose where it didn't belong. You and I are adult enough to disagree without a 3rd party stepping in.
I'm entltled to my opinion just like you, Mark or anyone else on this board. I've also picked up tips and advice from it, often times just by taking a quick look at the site over lunch hour. But if you go back you can find a history of Mr. Snyder trying to rock the boat with others. Problem in this case is I let him get to me. That won't happen again.
That's my explanation on it.
