So I've found an affordable place to set up shop for doing wholesale and some smaller in-house jobs (ie. window signs, lots of service calls, etc). It's 16 x 16 feet. Not huge but well ventilated and mostly brick/concrete construction. Clear ceilling height of 9 feet once I install a raised wood floor.

Been playing around with the layout, a 4x8 pattern table, 30" x 6' pump table and a burn-in/assembly bench 3 x 8 or 4 x 8. The pump table will have a flip up extension for longer tubes.

Does anyone have any space saving tips or other suggestions? What the smallest neon room you've worked in or seen? I know making use of wall shelving for storage will be a must in this location.
