Here in florida I have been inspected for safe handeling and disposal by the state. They love there water here!! The Inspections are coming to your neighborhood soon to.These shops that been dumping there lamps in the trash for yeare are going to crap there britches when they show up to core drill there property because of mishandled lamps and tubes, You must now show who collected your waste and where it went. Most havent had this happen yet so you better have your story straight when it happens.I told them I do not except merk repairs to enter my shop and my customers were responsible for there own disposal. Since they found me using merk electrodes(encapsulated merk)with no liquid merk visible in the work area they left me alone. Good luck to all
