For cross/cannon fires and hand torch you can use an 'out of service' medical oxygen concentrator. Medical oxy concentrators have to be re-certified after a certain number of hours of use. After a point they can no longer be certified unless they are rebuilt, which (as I understand it) costs almost as much as a new machine. So the old machines cannot be used any more for the intended purpose. However, most still function fine and are used by "bead makers" as an oxy source for their small gas/oxy burners. If set up properly they can also be used to add a small amount of oxy to the gas/air mixture of the above mentioned neon burners.
