Full Neon Shop, Worth It?

I'm debating over whether to set-up a fully equipped neon shop or a half shop with just the burners. Would a shop that doesn't know me, pump my tubes if I bent them?

I'm a light artist, so I need to have some kind of light. I trained with the best out in California, but they are running into shortages and what seems to be a hopeless market for Neon vs LEDs. I love bending glass versus using LEDs.

Is it worth it financially to sink 2.5 large in something that may not be viable in 10 years?
