Thanks. I Googled it last night and found that Kurt J. Lesker also offers them, though they are probably more expensive than Duniway (didn't find Duniway in the search).

Eurovac offers them in borosilicate and soda. TecnoLux used to carry them (don't know if they still do). Eurocom also has them, though they charge more for the same thing.

Yes, they can be made on a lathe if you have the tooling. I use a carriage fire with a foot pedal, not a crossfire.
