Have you found a source for brass KF flanges? I was not aware that anyone made them. I would be interested in taking a look at the website as I'm sure some others would too.

Glass KF flanges are also available, as are glass ball and socket joints. The latter is actually easier to work with than KF flanges as far as assembly and disassembly goes because they are more forgiving than the flat mating surfaces of KF flanges.

Mercury contamination of a brass manifold will still be an issue with oven pumping, perhaps even more-so.
