Here is one option. It is a brand new pump with a 2 year warranty for $1,590 with free shipping and a free exhaust oil mist filter:

I also have a used Edwards E2M8 that I don't really know how old it is. But it pulled down to 2 microns at 76°F / 63% RH during testing.
