Nonbestos issue

Are any of you that have been using the nonbestos from Capital Electric having issues with its ability to accept carbon transfers. I've noticed this with the last two rolls we've bought. I've had to go over every pattern with a Sharpie to darken the lines.

Capital claims it notified the manufacturer of the problem, but that the manufacturer says it hasn't changed anything in its process (not surprised by that!). Capital won't tell me who that is so that I might contact them directly. We'll probably go to a different supplier next time we order, but I liked the 48" wide rolls from Capital.

Just wondered if anyone else was having this problem too, or, if you know of any other company that offers nonbestos 48" wide.
