Just a single tipping torch? You only need 0.7 to 0.8 cfm for a tipping torch, and probably 1/2 psi is fine for pressure. Many options out there.

Linear pistons are not available (to my knowledge) from Medo in units this small. Look for Sweetwater or Eco-Plus brands (I've included a link). The Medo units usually have a sound-enclosure, making them silent. For a unit this small, you probably don't need such - and you could certainly make it yourself.
