That's a lot of etc's. there Mark - lol. Carefull, wearing too many hats makes your hair fall out.
All you can do is inform people. Personally I'd never use a metal manifold.... but then I usually ride without a helmet... so go figure. I guess we all take dumb risks from time to time.
