> IronmanSome of the info you gave does not make sense. It cannot be "410 amps". Did you mean 41 amps? If so, a 60 amp circuit is plenty. You also did not mention what type of choke you are using: A slide or a DC reactor? If it is a DC reactor the problem may be with the choke and not the bombarder.

Is this with the choke set at minimum or maximum?
Amps and volts are not the same thing, so using a larger breaker will do nothing for the bombarder secondary voltage.
