Mercury Migration

I had some problems here and there with mercury migration in units run on electronic supplies. I use CPI's which to my experience are great except for this problem here and there. My fix is to make sure the mercury is distributed behind each electrode shell. I thought this was a frequency thing with the trans? Its one thing if this happens in a window unit, but I hate to have my wholesale customers tell me its happening in self contained channels. LEDs have enough pros on the neon as it is. Any Feed back here will help my fight!
