The educated sign shops that are truly interested in long term customer satisfaction and giving their customers the best choice for their money offer both and do a presentation showing the good and bad points of each. The greedy sign shops offer what they *think* they will make the most profit on, regardless of whether it is the best choice for their customer or not. These sign companies are only interested in bottom line profit, not long term customer satisfaction. The problem is, the greedy sign shops could be making more profit by offering neon, not less. So they repeat to potential customers the false propaganda they have heard from the latest and greatest LED manufacturer and run with it, hoping the customer does not have enough brains to do some research on their own and find out the truth about overall costs. Just my opinion.
