transformer companies say increase 10% when the unit is 4ft. fill pressures are based on 8ft tubes. I increase my fill pressure 2 torr every time the length is divide in half to compensate for resistance in the arc stream. Doing this will also change the brightness in the tubes though. Hope this helps
