> Thanks, George C.The question is, which is brighter: For a given operating current (both tubes running at the same current) the 10mm tube will be brighter to the naked eye because of the current density and the concentration of light. But the 15mm tube will produce more light (lumens per foot) because of the increased surface area of the larger diameter tube.
