John is correct. I would question that 2 PSI. And if you are considering the one I think you are ($160 / 50 CFM from SC?), it is no where near 2 PSI. It would certainly fit your needs though.
Btw, it's just my opinion, but the "cool factor" does not help make good neon or money.
