Anyone looking for an alternative or new electrode supplier/manufacturer should definately give SVP a try!
It looks like they did their research and made a great electrode. Good annealing, nice tubulation, leads, shells and connections, etc. They even have a nice mica ring above the ceramic collar too(similar to Masonlite). Among other things, this feature also helps the ceramic collar from banging on the side of the glass and cracking it(in transit to you and also to the jobsite after production). They also process very well.
Oh, and although this is my highly critical opinion, it's also a well deserved "plug".
