You are truly a friggin' paranoid idiot. I have never seen someone so ate up with thinking a competitor was after them. My god, this stuff is not rocket science, and we are certainly not "neon spies". How childish.
I have only posted one or two times on this site in the past couple years, and Tom and I, are just who I said we were. I have nothing to prove to you. I have read the threads a number of times though, just haven't had the need to post, until the treatment of Juan, and the ignorance that followed. I am just hoping everyone else here is watching you melt down over this too.
Ask Jack, who Doug and Tom in Ohio, are, if you really need too know Sherlock. We enjoyed giving him our business. We bought the bulk of our equipment from him a year or so ago. Fires, bombarder, accessories, etc. I, surely would like to watch you eat that plate of crow, which I am sure you would call chicken.
I do need to correct something though. My partner Tom, read these posts as well, and corrected me on the timing of his offering that bid. It was about a year ago when he made it. He brought it up a couple weeks ago when we were talking about passing through Columbia this fall and picking up the mainfold, mercury trap, diffusion pump, tank adapters, mercury injector and a few other accessory pieces we were interested in (again around $3000 worth) to save shipping and possible breakage. I just misunderstood him to mean that he made the offer recently because, I had told him I had looked through your stuff recently on e-bay when he told me about the offer. Regardless, his offer was a couple hundred less than your asking price on just the two pieces, and your reply was to be insulted, no counter. So, I really don't care what you or others who "know" you might think. You did, what you did.
Like I said before, you try too hard Mark, a real sign of someone reaching. If I were you, I would be careful. I am sure the paranoids must be after you.
Just as you do Mark, in using SVP for a business name, we use MVCS. We are not a retail sign business, as we only deal direct with commercial customers and nationals, doing electic sign design, fabrication, contract install and service. With most of our service being repair of shoddy neon and wiring practices in channel letters and so called "custom" neon branding signs.
I was not just starting my shop a couple years back Einstein, we were simply adding in house neon to our ongoing electric sign business, as we found most contract or wholesale houses undependable and full of themselves. As I said earlier, this is not rocket science. Our business has many other important aspects of the sign industry to it, including LED, and decided to bring this portion in house as well. It has not been a major priority, as we all know, it is a fading business, so we have taken time to find the right equipment at the right price for us, and investigate the business for our needs. In the large scheme of things, neon is a lessor part of our business. With fires in house, we chose to tackle bending first before adding processing. It's utterly amazing just how much you don't know, that you profess too.
I'm through with this mindless exchange with you, or any possible business dealings for that matter. I prefer to respect someone I do business with. Additionally, I am confident, there is no Caboose, at the end of your train of thought, so why bother.
Besides, you have only proven my point. You are always right in your own mind, and have no room for anything other than your perceived truth or opinion, discrediting and accusing those who don't agree. I just thought it would be enjoyable for others here to see this as well. And, on cue, you have let them.
Its understandable why you are in the glass business. What better field for a blow hard.
Now the fun part, and it is funny, and predictable. You won't be able to not reply, with some continuance of this. Watch folks....just like shooting fish in a barrel.
