My sentiments exactly! WOW! I haven't been to this site in quite awhile. I strolled in to this post, and couldn't stop reading, until the last.

I was astounded by the small minded, bloviating by the lot. I'm not defending Juan, because he also had his portion of this rant, as I do now, but those who jumped up this guy's arse, when he came on to this board to promote his products, have deeper issues than Juan's choice of equipment.

Sure, Eurocom is the devil to the trade, but how many of you know someone who only drives a Ford, or an import of some kind? They are the devil to Chevy lovers or a "blight" to the UAW for driving imports. The bottom line is you have no right to judge this man's equipment purchase, quality, nationality, or for that matter English skills, not knowing any more of them than his single post.

Neontek call's him a "braggart", and attacks his language skills, GB takes the, Eurocom is the devil approach, to discredit the man, Don Miner and Gavin step in and try to thwart this assault and defend Juan's right to choose whatever equipment and processes he chooses, and then along comes Mark offering a personal grudge against Gavin, for something totally unrelated, all in the guise of his "Neondom" wisdom, while himself going after Juan, and his attitude with customers, as in the statement, "Good luck with your business venture. I think it is safe to say you are going to need it, especially if you respond to your customers with a similar attitude as you displayed here." This after you chastise a potential customer of yours (Gavin) in the same thread for looking for shipping quotes and a deal he could live with. So, your potential customers are just not worth your time unless they buy the first time you quote? Maybe the second, or third? When are they no longer of value to you? Geeze!

Now, I'll address the attitude with customers issue with you Mark. I have friends in Walterboro SC, who my partner (their brother) and I were coming to see in this fall, passing through Columbia. We have been watching your products for quite awhile deciding whether to purchase one of your manifold systems, diffusion pump, and mercury trap. Looking both on E-bay & your site. You offered a system for "best offer bid" on E-bay a couple weeks back, and my partner made one, apparently not to your liking, as you return e-mailed him with how insulted you were.(first strike) If you don't want an offer, don't advertise for one. Just use the "Buy It Now", you seem to prefer. Then, I come in here today and in reading your "father figure" wisdom and it's underlying arrogance(second strike), I have now decided my money, and time, will be best spent elsewhere, and will be. So, before you lecture someone on attitude and customer service my friend, remember the "pot calling the kettle, black" just cost you three thousand dollars in sales, but as if you care, I am sure.

What a bunch of open minded, mental giants.

Good luck to you Juan. I hope your business does well.
