i'm kinda getting desperate as i need to do this tomarow

i need to hookup a replacement bulb for a friend and i don't know what i need to do it.. i don't really have any neon experience and have never played with transformers that raise voltages this high.

the new tube/bulb has two wires coming out of the electrodes (on each end) im pretty sure i need GTO15 wire but what else.. do i soder the wire and heatshink tube the connections. any help or pointing in the right directions would be appreciated thanks
