The pictures don't show in your link - not for me at least.

Can't help you with values, etc., but I will mention that a "lightly oiled" oxygen burner is not a good idea. Oxy and oil residue do not like each other very well. I would recommend cleaning all the oil off of it before lighting it or the result may not be what is expected.
