you just need to run the two 120v cords from each tran into a switch box containing a DPDT switch from there a one cord to supply voltage.
The switch will direct supply current to one trans or the other. Ive done this mounted right on the back of acylic using a shallow plastic bell box from Home depot. Just make sure you keep the ground continuious from supply to trans.
