Have you considered trying Johnny Austin electrodes ? He's located in Corpus Christi , TX 888-423-NEON . I've been using them for several months now with no sputtering or cracking problems at all . Go over to pages 2 and 3 on this thread and read the older posts concerning this topic. Shipping is free on 2 cases and up .
