Fire ball

Any help here would be appreciated seeing as this could be a dangerous situation.

Last time our propane tanks were refilled we came in the next day and recieved an unwelcomed site...namely a huge fireball that nearly took off our eyebrows. I beleive it happened again the next day too. We racked our brains trying to figure out the cause, but the problem disappeared as fast as it came. Haven't had any other problems in the months since then, until last week. The tanks (there are 2 that are connected to each other)were refilled and again thenwe had a huge fireball. I have worked in many shops and never seen anything like this. My first thought was "WOW! propane is leaking, and backflowing into the air lines overnight...BAD NEWS!", but now I am not so sure this is the case. The last two days I have arrived first and I only light the hand torch. After the mini-fireball calms down to normal (without any adjustments I might add) then I light the other fires. The hand torches will burn a huge yellow fireball for about 5-8 minutes before it calms to just a real gassy looking flame which lasts about another 2-3 minutes, after which everything levels off and runs fire. The only other thing I can add is that we have no fuel odor whatsoever and as a precaution we run the blower awhile before attempting to light. I have resorted to lighting the hand torn first for obvious reasons. My partner narrowly escaped lighting more than he wanted on his 24" ribbon Sat.

Like I said this is the 2nd time this has happened to him in 14 yrs. The first time was after a refill a short time ago that went away in a couple of days and now which seems to be allot worse and shows no signs of stopping.
