I was just informed by an out of state sign co. That I am now required in Massachusetts to notify the Interstate Mercury Education and Research Clearinghouse [IMERC] to sell and manufacture mercury containing products. Apparently Mass now has joined the other N.E. States. Does anyone have experience with this new law?
