We are working on it. I have talked to you on the phone about this. What temperature are you bringing these up to. I know you have Marks manifold but do you monitor the pressure in the tube. We have done some 200 various scenerio tests in the last few weeks about this and will have an answer for you. For now bomb at a higher vacuum, about 1 torr. Your glass is getting hot to fast.

i will be out of town for the rest of the week due to a family emergency.

I will contact you when I get back. We do have Masonlite and eurocom electrodes here that do the same thing. Sorry for the delay in answering but there are alot of things on the plate rite now.
