12mm white 6500 has more lumens per foot than 15mm @ 30ma. So, according to that table there is no benefit to using a larger diameter glass in order to fill an area, unless you intend to increase the current. I had always gone on the theory of "greater area - increased diameter glass". Seems id have been better using 10mm!!
