Prices vary all over due to demand and material costs. The cities are going to be cheaper for materials because there are more distributors competeing for buisness just like neon shops.
At 34$ per 8 ft unit adds up. Lets say you do 10 borders per hour ( thats on the low side ). It will take about an hour to pump 10 units (2 at a time and letting cool to proper temp.) That works out to 170$ per hour.

Try and base your prices on a per unit price.
