To each their own I guess. The rational person uses glass to dispense their mercury. Consider looking at the products that have been used in our industry for decades to dispense mercury - they are glass. It never phases me how cheap people can get when it comes to the necessities. Best of luck - give us a report in a few years to update us on the performance of those merc tubes. JA

BTW, yes there are rubber and ploy composities in some injectors but consider their offgassing properties.
