As a general rule, a tube-bender will receive at a minimum 1/3 the wholesale selling price for the neon tube. The percentage goes up for very intricate or "connected" letters in which the tube-bending labor becomes an even higher percentage of the total required to produce it.

This is generally the model I've seen implemented at all good shops.
