Glass issue

Just finished a project with 12mm Technolux "lead free" raspberry. Anyone else have any experience with this product? We use natural gas here with cannon fire and ribbon primarily. This stuff seemed to sinter wherever you heated it (ie: darkened that area) I have used lead free prior to this with success so just wanted to know if anyone had any positive ideas! Thanks in advance for your responses.
