1) dont give your work away just to get the job.
2) Practice and build up speed and accuracy
3) Was the author talking about shop income or bending income
4) Join the union and hope the job lasts more than a month before your layed off
5) To make 75$ an hour you must generate atleast 130$ per hour for you employer.
6) keep a log of everything you bend and how long it takes and look at it in a year and see if there's any improvement.
7) Do service work.
8) Start a differnt career.
