You can get a map measuring device at a drafting supply store or most sign supply distributors. However, keep in mind that the transformer footage chart is only meant as a guideline. Actual transformer load should be checked at the job site (or duplicate the job site voltage with a Variac) with either a milliammeter or high voltage probe. The general consensus is that the high voltage probe is a better choice. However, the mA meter is by far better than footage chart guess work.
