Tubes burn hot.

I just finished some 13mm straight border tubes (6 pcs) that total 28'. It is blue pumped red and it came up to color in a matter of seconds but it is burning at a temp of 56 C and when hooked up to a tester it showed that it required a 15000 tranny.
Do I need to make new pieces or is it OK to let it burn this hot?
